Property Management and Tenancy is becoming more and more Legislative and Litigative, which unfortunately means that all too often when we take over properties managed by previous agencies, we come across tenants and owners alike who have managed to get themselves into trouble. Astute Realty is dedicated to education with the hope of eliminating unnecessary stress. Last year and late November this year, Tammy gave a presentation to Year 12 students at A.B. Paterson College with the hope of arming them with information as they become first time tenants.
