At Astute we receipt rental income daily and so immediately advise tenants who have fallen behind of their arrears and their responsibility in paying rent on time.

It is much easier for the tenant to catch up if they are just a few days behind, than having to address it seriously with them with Breach Notices. It is also imperative that as Property Management Specialists, we protect our Landlord’s and the cash flow of their investment property, through being proactive rather than reactive.

Though a tenant may be a little ‘put out’ by this quick action, having no tolerance to the situation sends out a clear message that rent must be paid ON TIME – ALL THE TIME!
