  • We have a computerised ‘Prospective Tenants List’ operating within our office administration system
  • What this means is that each and every time any we have contact with a ‘prospective tenant’ (from any source whatsoever), the information is processed into the ‘Prospective Tenant List’
  • When your property is listed with our agency for management, we enter the details into our database. We then ‘match’ your property to our ‘waiting tenants’ list
  • We do NOT hand out keys to prospective tenants
  • We ALWAYS accompany tenants on any property inspections
